Time Out says

La Maison Georgienne restaurant in the heart of Paris Saint Germain quarter may well be unique here: a fine dining restaurant dedicated to the wonders of Georgian cuisine. Not the American state with its boiled peanuts and catfish, but the history-laden state of Georgia in the former USSR with its unique Caucasian specialties. This stunning restaurant on four floors is as much a cultural meeting-ground as a restaurant, with expositions and live music every evening. The decor makes you think of an exotic palace, with exposed stone and brick on the ground floor, grand staircases, wood panelling and semi-private areas defined by great wood beams and softly trailing curtains. Chef Avtandil Zedginidze ravishes you with authentic dishes like lamb lulia, chachliks, fish dishes, and more. A tasting menu lets you sample the best, accompanied by Georgian wines, of course.
