Time Out says

Like its sister bar Le Carillon, this canalside bar revels in a tastefully vintage aesthetic. But if the decorative film reels and chalk scribbles on the ceiling set your yuppie alarm off, rest assured that there’s nothing pretentious about the cheap, wholesome food and relaxed clientele of locals. A hearty steak tartare or cheeseburger will fill you up without setting you back more than a tenner, and at €4.50 the desserts are no less reasonable – try the surprisingly dainty tiramisu. When the atmosphere gets a bit hectic at peak times, retire to the beautiful terrace, which extends right up to the water.
