Good looks and fusion kosher gastronomy make a very attractive pairing at Osmose, a hip new restaurant near Maison de la Radio in Paris 16th. Any coldness in the consciously contemporary design is warmed by serene soft lines, like those of the padded armless chairs. The purity of the all-white main dining room contrasts dramatically with the space below, decorated with bold black mosaic and mirrors. Kosher diet-fusion cooking by Yoni Saada, an award-winning young talent when it comes to presentation, seems in perfect harmony with the design. His inventive and refined menu tells you how many calories are in each dish, so you know just what the foie gras crunch with puffed rice might do to you.
