This Chilean restaurant-cum-wine bar takes its name from the southernmost tip of the South American continent (whose name means ‘land of fire’), and it’s almost as out of the way as its geographical namesake. Once you’ve located it in the backstreets of Belleville, you’re in for a treat: elaborate Chilean (and Colombian) meat dishes rub shoulders with an extensive wine list that includes some of the finest Andean grapes. Make sure to try some pisco (a kind of grape liquor) as an aperitif.
