With its block pastel colours and tasteful aesthetic, Gloss and Milk is an accessory shop for toddlers that will mums will find irresistible. The shop stocks practical objects – sleepers (€60), cushions – alongside decorative items and toys – star-shaped stickers, colouring books, concertina paper sets and the like (most of them marketed at girls). With such a range of stock, you'll be able to find something in any price bracket; if you're willing to splash out, the shop will even organise your little one's birthday party. The one bum note is the mothers' section, which offers a selection of overpriced necklaces and shoulder bags (think €150+).
