The Incredibubble boutique offers parents in the Batignolles area everything they could possibly need for a child’s birthday party, from paper plates and helium ballons (€2 each) to Mexican piñatas (€30-€35) and all manner of eccentric disguises (a Peter Pan costume, for example, is €26). Unsurprisingly, the most popular items here are found at kids’ eye-level: glittery bracelets, funny glasses, scoubidous, ‘fun snaps’ and every other kind of party bag thingamajig you can think of.
