Les Cours Miss Lunch

Miss Lunch (Claude Cabri) is famed for her secret lunch parties, Lunch in the Loft, but she was giving cooking classes way before she opened her home as a table d’hôte. Nowadays these lessons take place at PPP (Première Provence Pression), an olive oil shop just a stone’s throw from the Marché d’Aligre (one of the city’s best food markets), at Ledru Rollin. Sign up for the morning demonstrations (10.30am-2pm) or opt for a culinary evening (7-9.30pm); whichever you choose you’ll be learning the secrets of forgotten root vegetables, tasting different varieties of olive oils, baking cakes or learning new cooking techniques.  Lessons come with a glass of wine, tea or coffee.
