Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that one of the most important – and divisive – American presidential elections is fast approaching. The US begins voting on Tuesday November 8 2016 and by 7am the following day, the world will wake up to America's 45th president.

And because no one’s going to want to stream Donald vs. Hillary from a tiny laptop, Le Carreau du Temple are going supersize with a free all-nighter of round-table discussions, films and live music performances. Plus, of course rolling election updates.

To win one of ten American breakfasts, take part in the blind taste test at midnight – the only challenge will be staying awake long enough to eat it. With film screenings such as Charlie Wilson’s War and The Butler, food from Bob’s Kitchen chef Marc Grossman and a flowing selection of symbolic cocktails, you’ll be kept busy from dusk to dawn. Let the games begin…
