Initiated by the American Cancer Society in the United States, the Penang adaptation of Relay for Life 2014 will be held on June 14 & 15 this year. The 16-hour event will have teams relay around the track in turns to symbolise the continuous fight against cancer and the patient's battle after diagnosis. Apart from the relay, there will be a carnival, entertainment, food, performances and more.
