Sinbad the Musical

‘Sinbad the Musical’ revolves around Sinbad, whose timely arrival in a new port coincides with a startling discovery: The King has been put under a sinister spell. The titular sailor embarks on a quest to free the ailing King, his daughter Yasmin and the impoverished land from the clutches of the villainous vizier.

The folks behind this ambitious Malaysian-Australian co-production aim to marry Broadway’s lavish production values with the highly romanticised magic of classic Disney films. Armed with a handful of dazzling original tunes and cast members from Singapore and Australia, and under the direction of the acclaimed Joe Hasham, ‘Sinbad the Musical’ features our very own Anrie Too, Alfred Loh and Omar Ali.
