A film adaptation of a true story, 'A Simple Life' centres on Chung Chun-Tao, a servant who faithfully works for Roger's family for four generations until the day she suffered a stroke, which forces her to quit and move to a nursing home. In time of need, Roger (a lone film producer) dedicated his time and attention to Chung, only to realized how much she means to him. Starring Andy Lau and Deanie Ip.
