Fans of Mean Girls know that today, October 3, is Mean Girls Day. And this year, there’s extra reason to celebrate: Tickets to the Broadway musical version of the 2004 film—written by Upper Darby’s Tina Fey—went on sale at the August Wilson Theatre box office in New York City.

To drum up interest, a caravan of hot pink food trucks lined up outside the theater offering fans free cheese fries. Fey, who also wrote the musical, even hopped inside one of them to serve up some of the grub herself. Broadway.com captured the moment for their Instagram feed:

If you happen to be in New York, you can catch the trucks at Union Square West between 16th and 17th Streets from 3:30 to 4:30pm.

If not, you better start buying tickets for the show now. They’re likely to sell out quickly. Previews for Mean Girls on Broadway begin on March 12, 2018, and the show officially opens on April 8. At the moment, performances are scheduled through September 23 of next year. Click here to get your tickets.
