Time Out says

In March, Be AZ - Powered By You presents Transportation Decisions Now: a discussion on Arizona’s transportation history and future. We have inherited thousands of miles of roads while we are building hundreds of miles of alternative transportation options. Will we invest in passenger rail, commuter rail or street cars? What is I-11 and what would it mean to Central Phoenix? With a transportation bond on next year’s ballot, what choices do we have? Meet the people who are on the forefront of making these things a reality in our state, see the plans and learn how it affects you directly. In partnership with the Arizona Humanities Council, Be AZ invites you to join in a conversation with these decision-makers and see the history of transportation in person at the Ellis-Shackelford House and Phoenix Trolley Museum. We are excited to welcome special guests: Robert Graham of Grand Avenue Rail Project Eric Gudino and Mike Kies of the Arizona Department of Transportation Ernie Workman of the Phoenix Trolley Museum Stephanie Brewer of LISC Phoenix ...Stay tuned for more! **NOTE: Space is limited - Please follow the "Tickets Available" link above to register for your free ticket and reserve your spot!**
