Time Out says

Restaurante Dois de Fevereiro, located in the heart of Little Africa, is another venture by Raphael Vidal (Casa Porto, Capiai, and Cotovelo), this time led by chef João Diamante. The restaurant offers a gastronomic experience rooted in ancestry, Bahian traditions, and the cultural heritage of Rio. Diamante — winner of the Champions of Change award from The 50 Best — has created a menu that ranges from casual executive-style dishes for everyday meals (like sun-dried beef with Afro-Brazilian gremolata, farofa, and potato chips, or fish fillet with pickled okra, patacones farofa with cilantro, and cassava crisps, both always served with rice and beans) to full plates such as shrimp bobó, the chef’s feijoada, and snacks like pastéis, vinaigrette, fried manjubinha, and mini acarajés.

The décor is filled with symbolic elements dedicated to Iemanjá, including Senhor do Bonfim ribbons, little blue boats, and outdoor tables under an awning printed with the phrase "Where Rio is most Bahian." From there, you can take in the lively atmosphere of Largo da Prainha, adding even more charm to the experience. If you're in the mood for a drink, don’t miss the "batidinhas", a traticional brazilian drink.
