Chef Lucio Vieira’s first and most gourmet restaurant, opened in 2017, is rooted in ingredient-driven cuisine. Organic and seasonal, the menu changes daily and is always excellent. At lunch, a fixed three-course menu (with a vegan option) includes a starter, main course, and dessert. In the evening, there are à la carte options as well as a tasting menu. With consistently great fish, seafood, and roasted meats, vegetables also play a starring role on the plate. The restaurant is featured in the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand list and The 50 Best Discovery.
