Join the Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission, Sojourner Truth Multicultural Art Museum, Sol Collective, and Verge Center for the Arts for a panel discussion, the first in a series of free programs exploring innovative forms of artistic engagement in our community. Panelists will present a variety of bold, participatory, and innovative artistic projects and processes as a way to engage community. Panelists include Jen Delos Reyes, Professor of Art and Social Practice at Portland State University's Social Practice MFA program; Sacramento-based artists Seyed Alavi and Phil Fahrenheit; and Argentinian artist Juan Sorrentino.
