Febuary's Community Fitness Day starts at 8 am with an energizing workout, followed by a Health Seminar with registered dietitian Nicole Geurin.

8 am: Enjoy a workout smorgasbord with guest trainer Zack White and MadDog. The workout will include Yoga, Tai Chi, Strength Training, Boxing and static stretching for 60 min of good old fashioned sweat therapy.
