The Yoga Seed Collective says
Join Ryan for a 4-part series exploring the Yamas and Niyamas. This will be a safe and welcoming space to ask questions and really explore the ethical side of yogic philosophy. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of yogic principles such as non-violence and truthfulness (and many more!), you will be given journaling and meditation practices that you can use at home, and you will be ready to extend yoga into all aspects of your life.

Considered foundational to all yogic thought, the Yamas (non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, non-excess, & non-possessiveness) and Niyamas (purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study, & surrender) are rare gems of wisdom that give direction to a well-lived and joyful life. These teachings highlight practical yogic guidance that is meant to bring understanding to your experience(s), while at the same time pointing the way to the next experience.
