Monkey bars are more than just a fun playtime activity. They can help with our grip, arm and trunk strength, shoulder mobility, and balance and proprioception. Plus they are seriously fun!

In this beginner friendly workshop we'll be covering hanging, shoulder stability and safety, swinging, and dismounting safely. If pullups are a goal of yours, monkey bars can help you on your journey. If you've got tight shoulders, hanging may be for you.

So if you've got time, "swing" by and "hang" out with us! It's the most fun you'll have all weekend "bar" none!
