Join Michael Fong Yoga for a practice all about relaxing yourself into a deep state of meditation. You will be guided into restorative yoga postures, various breathing techniques, and conclude with an extended meditation. There will also be a brief lecture on how relaxation helps prepare your mind and body to sit and be still. This 2 1/2 hour practice is accessible for all bodies.

All experience levels of both yoga and meditation are welcome.
Investment: $25 per person or $30 day of workshop
