For the last three years, Ravi Verma has been working with Geshe Ngawang Samten, Vice Chancellor, The Central University of Tibetan Studies, Sarnath, India to create an educational program based His Holiness's the Dalai Lama's book Ethics for the New Millennium. Ravi Verma and Geshe Samten also translated into Hindi that His Holiness the Dalai Lama released on December 7th, 2015.

His Holiness released the book in a new format, and now it is entitled "Benefits of Ethics."

The retreat on February 27th is the first of a seven-part series that teaches the life skills His Holiness's body of teachings that directly deal with human suffering--Dukha, a state of pervasive dissatisfaction that torment sentient beings despite having their physical needs met. The retreats will use a combination of teachings, discussion, and short meditations.
