Here's your chance to fine tune your practice and learn alignment strategies to keep you shoulders safe and healthy with physical therapist and experienced yoga instructor, Caroline Billings. Combining both lecture and practice covers basic shoulder anatomy and common shoulder injuries, ways to practice asana safely to prevent shoulder injury and modifications to allow you to continue your practice if you have a shoulder injury.

No prior anatomy experience is required although some prior yoga experience is helpful.

All levels are welcome.
