Something new is blooming on the walls of this pop culture-friendly Tenderloin gallery in February, with the opening of The Miyazaki Art Show, a collection of works celebrating the famed Japanese animator behind such instant classics as My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away. Gallery patrons are encouraged to attend this opening party in costume as their fave Miyazaki character, and several artists will be on-hand to mix and mingle.
