Part of Virgin's brand-new hotel venture, for now the Commons Club restaurant-bar is indoors. But come March, when the weather starts to warm, their rooftop bar will be open for business. Sip cocktails alongside eats from the Commons Club's internationally-influenced California-style menu, which includes sophisticated dishes like caviar bites with brioche, cauliflower and meyer lemon and duck confit aagnolotti with orange, grano padano and sage.
