A Caribbean bar that highlights traditional island flavors and small-batch, place-based rums.
From pioneering bar vet Thad Vogler (Bar Agricole, Trou Normand), this ode to rum comes complete with Caribbean vibes and Cubano sandwiches. The bare-bones space is filled with warm light and Vogler’s thoughtfully selected small-batch spirits. The menu includes three versions of a Cuban-style mojito and other refreshing concoctions like the Obispo de Cuba (Hamilton 86 Guyana rum, red wine, lemon).
