Beer-lovers beware: although the Trappist can hold a mere 46 patrons, it's easy to get lost in this place for days. Working with a small group of distributors, proprietors Chuck Stilphen and Aaron Porter have created a fitting tribute to the Belgian beer bars they love so much. There's a staggering selection of Belgian and speciality beers on offer: 15 on draught and more than 120 bottled. Even better, they refuse to stock beer from major breweries. Luckily, their extensive knowledge and encyclopaedic beer menu mean that even neophytes won't be daunted.
