We’ll admit it. We’re hungry virtually all the time. But who could blame us for drooling over pro food pornographer (her term) Sonya Yu’s stunning Instagram account? All of the Dolores Heights resident’s pictures are gorgeous, but her food photos are particularly delectable. Yu tells us she doesn’t usually eat all of the food in her photos by herself. “I try, but I certainly solicit the help of amenable friends.”
A big fan of popular spots Frances and Trick Dog, Yu left a career in tech and found her way to food photography organically. “I love cooking, eating, and shooting photos, so it was a natural amalgamation.”
