What's better than a weekend full of live-fire grilled meats in picturesque Wine Country? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Heritage Fire, a fiery showcase of over 50 notable chefs, butchers, farms, spirits, wineries and breweries (basically everything you need for an awesome party), is happening this weekend, featuring 3,500 pounds of heritage breed meats. From beef and lamb to goat, rabbit and even lobster, everything is grilled simply over firewood. Chefs and farmers will work together to spotlight traditional outdoor cooking techniques—including their own homemade grilling contraptions—and the results are paired with amazing beverages.

Guests can also expect endless helpings of charcuterie, a pop-up ramen bar and live butchery demonstrations—including 13-year-old butcher (yes, you read that right) Mackenzie Estes-Stewart of Zazu Kitchen and Farms.
Cold beer, hot meat and dozens of amazing chefs? We'll toast to that.
