If you have fond memories of Children's Fairyland as a kid or you've always wanted to see the magical land as an adult, this is your chance. Local clothing store Oaklandish is throwing their seventh annual adult dance party at the storybook-themed amusement park next month.
On August 18th, Oaklandish and Fairyland are teaming up to host a night of pure imagination for adults only. From 7-10pm, kids-at-heart can enjoy tunes from Dion Decibels in the Old West Junction, puppet shows and other surprise attractions around the park. Drinks are included in the $30 ticket price (with a two-drink limit) and food will be available for purchase from some of the Town's best food trucks and restaurants. The rides won’t be operating, though, because rides and adult bevvies don’t mix.
Tickets are $30 and available for in-store purchase only at Oakland Supply Co in Jack London Square (427 Water Street). Grab them before they run out!
