Time Out says

The architects of this gorgeous beaux-arts ballroom could never have fathomed in 1909 the caliber of artists that would perform here a century later. Over the decades, it’s housed a Masonic Temple, a Polish dance studio and a movie theater; today, kids line up to catch acts as varied as Brillz, Monica and Weezer. Also available for private events and galas, its signature teardrop crystal chandeliers have seen a lot of fancy footwork over the years.

What’s on

Slayyyter

Slayyyter’s shows are a shot of pure, unfiltered pop chaos, and this one promises to be a maximalist fever dream in the best way. If you’ve been craving a night that feels like a Y2K club kid fantasy filtered through a hyperpop lens, this is it. Her sets are a collision of glitter, bratty hooks and tongue-in-cheek attitude, with a crowd that’s as much a part of the spectacle as the performer herself. There’s a sense of playful rebellion here—think Paris Hilton meets MySpace-era electro, but with a 2026 edge. The visuals are as over-the-top as the beats, and the energy never dips. It’s the kind of night where you’ll leave with confetti in your hair and a new appreciation for just how weird and wonderful pop music can get when nobody’s playing it safe.
