McLaren Park Treasure Hunt & Fun Day

The Recreation and Parks Department is taking a zesty approach to public outreach, hosting a trendy treasure hunt in one of the city’s underappreciated outdoor spaces. Tucked into the southeast corner of San Francisco, McLaren Park is due for a makeover; learn what’s in store for the massive open space while tackling a puzzling scavenger hunt for prizes and, of course, glory. Face painters and food trucks will be waiting at the finish line, along with a chance to check out the Mobile Rec Program, which includes slacklining, a BMX/skateboard course and a mobile rock-climbing wall.
