Andrew W.K.’s "Party Hard" still has a synthetic arena metal feel as enervating as it did in 2001. Since then, the jolly metalhead has hosted television shows and become a surprise Twitter star with his party-positive affirmations. He’s back on tour in advance of a new release, and for the first time in five years, his complete band is in tow on the aptly-named The Party Never Dies Tour.
