This prolific, Portland-grown post-punk trio take a couple listens to warm up to, but fans of their fuzz-happy sound and frontman Hutch Harris’s cartoonish delivery are hecka loyal to the band’s infectious garage pop. They’re joined by fellow PNW noise-makers, So Pitted; San Francisco’s own jangly poppers, Cruel Summer; and fledgling LA act, PARTYBABY.
