Another week, another opportunity to make it better than last week.

Monday: Free Admission to Madame Tussauds'  Alcatraz: The Breakout

Named after the infamous 1962 jail break, Alcatraz: The Breakout is Madame Tussauds’ first escape room, just a single mile from where it all took place on Alcatraz Island. Grouped guests will have exactly 60 minutes to figure out how to escape from the elaborate dungeon until the guards’ shift, marking the end of the challenge. Today (and today only) the first 56 guests will get in free of charge.

Tuesday: Warriors Victory Parade

Join the millions of fans (literally) who will head to downtown Oakland Tuesday to celebrate the Warriors's third NBA Finals win in just four years. The parade begins at 11am, but get their early to make sure you snag a good spot. Here's everything you need to know before you go

Wednesday: Lea Delaria at Miner Auditorium

Best known for her role as Big Boo in Orange is the New Black, Lea Delaria is also an accomplished jazz vocalist. Catch her crooning to the crowds at Miner Auditorium this Wednesday at 7:30pm. She'll be singing some of her go-to hits like “Golden Years” and “Fame.” Tickets start at $35 and, somehow, are still available.

Thursday: Frameline42

The San Francisco International LGBTQ Film Festival celebrates its 42nd installment, showcasing films that celebrate queer culture throughout world. This year's must-sees include eye-opening documentaries like Transmilitary and Studio 54Individual tickets and cost-saving memberships are available for the ten-day-long film festival.

Friday: Botanicals and Brews Beer Garden

Start your weekend off with a beer tasting among the flora and fauna at the Conservatory of Flowers. Bay Area breweries will showcase their finest craft concoctions in the Victorian greenhouse and speak on how botanical brewing compliments their on-site creations. General admission starts at $27 and include access to the conservatory (6:30pm to 10:30pm) as well as one free botanically-inspired brew. Opt for Master Brews tickets if you want the take-home souvenir glass.

Saturday: Corgi Con

1,000+ corgis will take over Baker Beach this weekend, treating all those in attendance to an overload of cuteness. Look out for the corgi costume competition and the butt-wagging races. Attendance is free, but the Instagrams will be priceless.

Sunday: North Beach Festival

Now in its 64th year, the North Beach Festival will feature over 125 arts and crafts booths, gourmet culinary booths, two stages of live entertainment, poetry readings, Italian street painting, beverage gardens, and more. Admission is free, but expect to pay for food and drinks.
