Two of our favorite things (bacon and beer) are converging at Levi's Stadium next weekend. On February 24th, the nationally-touring Bacon and Beer Classic returns to the Bay Area for a day of foodie delights.

Guests will get the chance to sample original bacon dishes from more than 30 Bay Area restaurants like The Blue Door, Mayfield Bakery & Cafe and Nom Burger. Past dishes included fried bacon calzones with jalapeño aioli, pulled pork deviled eggs with smoked bacon and maple glazed bacon pancakes. Wash down the mouthwatering bites with samples of over 100 craft beers from local and regional breweries including Highway 1 Brewing Co., Tilt Brewing, Loma Brewing and Bear Republic Brewing Co.

While chowing down, guests can also play giant Jenga at the 50 yard line, bob for bacon in the end zone, pose with friends at the field goal post, strut in the bacon beauty pageant, sample beer in a blind taste test and, of course, compete in the famous Hormel bacon eating contest for the chance to win a year of free Black Label bacon!

Tickets are all-inclusive, so you can taste unlimited dishes without having to bring out your wallet. Choose from three ticket types: General Admission ($69), Power Hour or VIP. VIP and Power Hour ticket holders enter the stadium an hour early and VIPs also enjoy access to an exclusive lounge with pulled pork sandwiches, limited-edition craft beer, a donut wall, certified cicerone and more. All tickets include a commemorative tasting glass and access to the Bacon and Beer Classic mobile app.

Happy eating!
