Ok ladies, now let's get in formation. This summer, important gender issues like the wage gap and the glass ceiling are being transformed into an interactive and powerful art/selfie exhibit in San Francisco. So put on your best power suit and plan to kick up your heels for a night of unapologetic lady things.

The exhibit started earlier this year as The Lady Factory, a one-night-only pop-up created by SF creative agency Eleven in honor of International Women's Day. The interactive art experience addressed serious gender issues like equal representation in leadership, bias and harassment in a lighthearted, cheeky way. #Girlpower Instagrams abounded.

This summer, The Lady Factory is re-launching as That Lady Thinga pop up with purpose, and bringing back the Sea of Objectification (a.k.a. The Tit Pit), a pit of breast-shaped balls. At The Corporate Climb exhibit, you can watch ladies scramble up the wall in the hopes of making it to the same heights as their male counterparts. The Money Gap exhibit invites women to grab what they can from the money pit (because until we close the wage gap, we're still jumping and grasping for it).

The SF pop-up will happen for 5 days only from August 5-9, 2018. Tickets are $25 and include a craft cocktail, cotton candy and popcorn.
