Avocado-Con!

Hard to believe that California’s best-loved ingredient has yet to be fêted by a food fest of its own, but that’s where we find ourselves — until this weekend, with the inaugural Avocado Con! The most popular food trucks in the Bay are assembling at SPARK Social SF to scoop, slice and dice the decadent veggie (or is it a fruit?) into dishes like ceviche-stuffed avocado, avocado green curry and avocado-filled crepes. It will be hard to try ‘em all, but we have faith in you.
