Traci Des Jardins of Jardiničre oversees the menu at this large, comfortable restaurant at the ballpark, and her commitment to sustainability and organically raised meat sets it apart from most steakhouses. Beef is tender and perfectly prepared, and the raw seafood bar makes a fine start to a meal. Needless to say, it gets crowded on game days.
