This upscale restaurant near SFMOMA is a stunner of a space, with big picture windows looking onto Yerba Buena Lane, a glowing, backlit bar and colorful art and decorative mirrors adorning the walls. Luckily, the food lives up to the rather grand setting. The specialty is the spicy, savory sea bass, marinated in yogurt and spices and finished with a crust of peppercorns. Though your dinner bill can get pricey, the restaurant is beloved by the 9-to-5 crowd for its $20 lunch buffet, full bar and generous happy hour (5pm-7pm on weekdays).
