Talented executive chef Arun Gupta has turned out refined curries and seasonal dishes at Dosa on Fillmore since joining the South Indian classic in late 2017. The new, family-style tastin menu was inspired by the chef's recent travels through the Kerala state in India. The menu is a deal with four creative bites to start (like crab poori), vegetables and salads (like silky Brokaw avocado chaat with grapefruit, habanero and coconut), fantastic curries (like a Philipkutty coconut chicken curry) and family-style dosas and dessert to finish.
