A fine dining experience so memorable it's been duplicated in Las Vegas. Chef Hubert Keller's cuisine is deserving of a wider audience because of his vast repertoire: his menu is lush, even exorbitant. It all plays out like a symphony, a feast for the eyes as much as the palate, enhanced by service that is attentive without being overbearing. One of the best pull-out-all-the-stops restaurant in town.
