Fresca claims to have SF's only ceviche bar, but has a broader menu than you might expect. Try tangy halibut ceviche or flambéed pisco prawns to start, followed by grilled ribeye with fries and plantains or sweet soy-roasted trout. The space can be very loud and tables are crammed together, but the quality of the Peruvian food makes up for any discomfort.
