Griddle Fresh is a family-owned American-Asian restaurant that offers the freshest home-style cooking. The owners, husband and wife, studied the culinary arts and ran several fusion restaurants in Korea. They became so infatuated with San Francisco’s diverse culture that they decided to open a restaurant to complement the charm of the city. There was no better place than Noe Valley, with its warm scenery and welcoming ambiance. Griddle Fresh is intimate and cozy -- the ideal place for families, friends, and lovers to connect over a delicious meal. They use only the highest quality of ingredients; vegetables from the local farmer’s markets and the highest grade Wagyu meats. Every morning, they serve classic omelets, pancakes, and sandwiches that their regulars love (try the Banana Mascarpone Pancakes and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes!).
