Owned by the Pestoni Family, the Hotel D'Amici Ristorante features traditional Italian cuisine with homemade pastas, fresh seafood, delicious desserts and, of course, Pestoni Family wines from Rutherford Grove Winery.
Critically acclaimed (Gourmet, Los Angeles Times, Zagats,) Southern California protégé of Wolfgang Puck and Marcella Hazan, chef Joe Venezia served as Executive Chef of the Hotel Bel Air, i.Cugini and il Boccaccio. He recently moved to Calistoga where he serves as Executive Chef at Hotel d’Amici Ristorante. Chef Venezia is one of only a few chefs who had the pleasure of cooking alongside Marchella Hazan. Pastas, sausage, wine and even the pickling is made in house and by hand.
