Corey Lee, celebrated chef of one of San Francisco's most lauded restaurants, Benu, opened In Situ in the renovated SF MOMA in 2016. The eatery is as innovative in as the artworks that surround it with a menu that serves as a platform for chefs from around the world to contribute signature, boundary-pushing dishes like Sat Bains' chicken liver museli and Tim Raue's wasabi lobster with mango jelly, thai vinaigrette and wasabi marshmallow. Awarded its first Michelin star in 2018, Lee is one of the few chefs in the world to earn the distinction for two separate restaurants.
