The sleek lines and Bay views of Charles Phan's popular restaurant are alluring, but the attraction remains Phan's incredible, inventive Vietnamese-inspired food. There isn't a bad choice on the menu, although the shaking beef, the spicy short ribs and the shrimp and crab spring rolls continue to stand out. A must.
