Tequila expert Julio Bermejo has teamed up with impresario Eric Rubin, chef Joseph Manzare and rocker Sammy Hagar to create this homage to the Mexican state of Jalisco, home to the town of Tequila. The cavernous brick and timber space houses ample bar space for Bermejo to serve a huge variety of artisan, pure-agave tequilas, while the display kitchen turns out gourmet regional Mexican cuisine around the clock.
