The tapas are always a treat at cosy Zarzuela, where the Spanish cuisine is served amid bullfight posters and maps of Spain. Old standbys such as grilled aubergine filled with goat's cheese, sautéed shrimps in garlic and olive oil, and fried potatoes with garlic and sherry vinegar never disappoint.
