Fridays on Front Street
Downtown San Francisco has been finding its groove again, and Fridays on Front Street is one of the best examples of why. On select evenings each summer, Front Street closes to traffic and turns into a lively block party filled with live music curated by Noise Pop, local bars pouring drinks outdoors and pop-ups that spill into the street. The lineup changes with each edition, giving every event its own personality while the city's first Entertainment Zone lets you stroll the block with a beverage in hand. It only happens a handful of times each year, making it the kind of after-work party that feels less like an event and more like the downtown San Francisco everyone has been hoping would return.
