Time Out says

This hands-on museum, located just below the north ramp of the Golden Gate Bridge and boasting spectacular skyline views, offers a load of hands-on activities for kids of ten and under. There's Lookout Cove, an expansive outdoor area with a sea cave, climbable shipwreck and miniature Golden Gate Bridge. Tot Spot gives toddlers their own indoor/outdoor nirvana, with a plastic trout-packed waterway, climbing structures and animal costumes.
